UTI : Sounds like you have a uti, but it's difficult to assess where without a physical exam. Infection in the bladder (cystitis) is a simple UTI that presents as painful urination, but normally without high fever. Infection in the kidneys (pyleonephritis) is when the infection is a little more serious and it presents with high fever, flank pain, nausea/vomiting, and often overt blood in urine.
