To ER...: Going to ER for urgent pro-evaluation is the most reasonable action to follow. But, make sure to bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, evolution, & progress of the symptoms over time to Doc for analysis + physical exam + testes as needed such as UA, CBC, residual urine, CT scan of abdomen so to deduce possible Dx and propose reasonable Rx timely.
