Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. Left-sided pain can denote anything from constipation to colon cancer. It's best to be checked.

Need more info: Entertaining diagnoses is dangerous without a full history and physical exam. These symptoms alone could be numerous different things and the description is vague. See your pcp and be evaluated thoroughly.
