It depends: Raw food advocates would advise raw tomato & broccoli, which is ok, but cooking lightly may increase absorption of nutrients. Saute tomatoes over low heat in olive oil to increase absorption of lycopene. Slice broccoli into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, let sit for 5 min.
