Subjective: I presume your colonoscopy endoscopy report said patchy hyperemia. Usually this is nothing just like facial flushing when you are nervous. Sometimes hyperemia is associated with inflammation, but biopsies of the hyperemic areas would confirm this. You should ask your gastroenterologist.
