Maybe nothing: Unless the adhesion is causing problems, it's best to leave it alone — in time, it usually goes away on its own.

Labial adhesions ...: Can sometimes be gently massaged apart in the office, but sometimes we have to do it under anesthesia. Once the adhesions are lysed, we have the parents massage estrogen cream into the raw interlabial area a couple of times a day. That usually helps the skin and mucosa there toughen up so that the labia will not re-adhere.
