How to get a 2nd: Opinion ? If you expresses , you your doctor will help you to get one , with no ill feelings, but have to pay for it. Or your insurence may cover that service. Or take the help of your family , friends, colleagues , your neighbors etc . Some times call your local hospital , medical societies etc.
