Hip pain: Groin pain without trauma at 58 could suggest a hip joint problem such as osteoarthritis, especially if there is also limited range of motion. If there was trauma/injury then possibilities include strain, sprain, muscle or tendon or labral tear, or even fracture. See an ortho for an evaluation.
