The bottom of my feet are sunburned and have blisters on them. i was playing sand volleyball without shoes on. how do i treat it?

Sunburn: It sounds like you are presenting 2 different problems. Sunburn comes in 3 degrees: 1st degree is redness, 2nd degree is blistering and 3rd degree is loss of epithelium (skin). If there is a 2nd degree burn, playing beach vb only exacerbated it. You will need to have the burn and blisters treated by your physician. Keep your feet protected and either go to the emergency department or pcp asap.

See Podiatrist: Let the foot specialist treat it in case it is a second degree burn. You would have to have the soles exposed to the sun to get burn or very hot sand.
