Try new shoes: Do not wear flat walking shoes...Stay with a shoe having a heel . Use ice after you walk..That should help you....

Low leg pain: You mention. It is worse when moving faster it could be shin splints or possible tendonitis . Consult with podiatrist or orthopedic.
