Pain in leg? Causes?: There can be many causes for pain in the leg. it could come from the bones, muscles or the nerves. Only a careful exam by your doctor and an X-ray can help you to determine the cause. The doctors you have seen so far can monitor you and treat you with some pain medication as long as there is no serious defect in your bones of lower right leg. Paracetamol(Tylenol) is a good all purpose pain medicin
