It depends,,: This likely depends on how they came about. If they just came about, you might be dealing with an autoimmune process, like a dermatitis. If you did gardening, an infectious etiology, like sporothrix shenkii from rose thorns, etc. Could be the cause. If you applied something to your skin or used a different soap, contact dermatitis is likely. It's best to see a dermatologist to get examined.
