Maybe not: A couple of points of concern 1) babies move on average about 30-40 times in an hour. This cycles during the course of the day, with babies at times going through sleep cycles. At 31 weeks, the fact you are having back pain is concerning--could be evidence of preterm labor ; 2) sustained use of Ibuprofen at 31 weeks can be problematic. In short, enough going on to discuss with your doctor asap.
