I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins, i'm having a severe back pain and pelvic pain, do i need to go and see the dr or is it normal. the babies are very active , i feel lots of movements.

GYN exam: Seems most likely related to the pressure of the twins on your uterus and lower back, usually, normal; however, I suggest a GYN exam.
