Your child is in a: sea of amniotic fluid which is protective. So your child should not experience pain with bowel movements.

No,but talk OBGYN: You are very close to delivery, so talk w/ your OBGYN about anything at all unusual for you. Don't take any medications for pain w/o their advice. They may suggest an appropriate agent to loosen your bowels - it's common to want to clear them out in the time before delivery - often castor oil is used - but don't do anything w/o asking your OBGYN first.
