Check c Neurology: Check with a neurologist to rule out mioclonias or partial seizures, tics or tremors, or "pill rolling" from pakinsons, or trigger finger (dupuytrens contractures) if these movements are not caused by tension or position of it while overdoing certain movements with the finger like while playing the guitar.
