Lately i've had trouble breathing while i sleep. i wake up several times because of it, wheezing and my airway feels tight. better when i'm standing.?

Evaluation: Agree w Dr. Bansal. There are potential serious causes for difficulty breathing while lying flat. You may have to sleep propped up or sitting up. Medical assessment can help to determine the cause and the cure.
