Concerta : There could be a lot of reasons for irritability for s 9 yr old hormonal changes prepubertal there comic be mood symptoms if its specifically later part of the day some kids feel "a crash" like feeling when stimulants levels drop at the end of day provided hue his sleep is dose may have to be adjusted / distributed please consult with your dr to make an change.
