Probably - go to ER!: Go to the er to get evaluated asap! heavy vaginal bleeding is not something to wait at home for to pass on its own! spontaneous or threatened abortion, molar pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy are all possibilities and you should have blood serial beta HCG tests along with transvaginal ultrasound to determine the precise diagnosis.
