Maybe: Swollen lips is not a typical symptom of dust mite allergy, but if you're allergic to dust mites, it might contribute to the lip swelling. You also need to be concerned about autoimmune disorders such as thyroid problems.

Maybe: It's unlikely, but if you have an extreme allergy, it's possible. Much more likely to be something like a detergent, fabric softener, or toothpaste ingredient. There's a prescription cream you could put on your lips at bedtime to check if it's an allergy or a vascular problem.
