No: but it sounds like angioedema. Try antihistamine up to 4 doses per day to see if this helps. If you experience massive tongue or any throat swelling, rush to the ER. The cause for angioedema is often unknown.

Swollen lips and eye: swollen eyes and swollen lips can be angioedema. are you on any meds like aspirin or other things that can cause the swelling. it can be idiopathic. see your Dr asap.

Allergic reaction: You may have an allergic reaction. This could be a food, medicine, or environmental source. Take an antihistamine for the swelling, and keep an eye out for whatever you were exposed to. If you were recently placed on a new medicine, stop it and call your doctor. Many things: There are many things which can cause the symptoms you describe. Certain foods, medicine and external causes like plant oils or can cause an allergic reaction like you describe. Antihistamines are the mainstays of treatment. Also, cool compresses will help keep the swelling down. Hope you feel better soon!
