If i don't poop every day, but i don't struggle when i do, do i have higher chance for colon ca? i also don't eat much fiber, but drink 8-10c water.

Probably OK: Low fiber diet and/or constipation (often found together) can increase risk of colon ca. If stool ok, not everyone has 1+ bm/day. Can always do "rough count" of the roughage (=fiber) in your diet to see if about 20-30grams/day [visit: http://www.Nutritionquest.Com/wellness/free-assessment-tools-for-individuals/fruit-vegetable-fiber-screener/ ] most of us need more in general. Water is good!
