Please advise if it's common for your heart rate and pulse to be normal during anxiety?
If i'm otherwise healthy and BP usually normal at rest, but pulse and BP get very high during anxiety or stress can it cause stroke or heart attack?
During a panic attack is it ok for my heart rate to be high Sometimes I go up to 140-160 on my fitbit but today I actually checked it on my pulse ox and it was 176. It freaked me out even more.. it slowly came down as I calmed down. Can this kill me?
I am 25 years old, 5'9 and about 185 pounds. I do have anxiety and panic attacks from time to time... I check my pulse and heart rate frequently. During exercise (and sometimes while resting) I feel a vibrating/whooshing pulse in my carotid arteries.
Previous heart attack. Normal bp. My sitting pulse will be 76 then i stand and it goes to 110 with dizziness. What could cause this?
