Is heart rate (resting) of 56 normal? was at doctor and that was my pulse. not an athlete but no symptoms.

Low heart rate : The normal rate is 60-100. S0 technically it below normal. So I would get an EKG, do a physical examination, speak to the patient and consider labs test if needed. Having no symptoms makes this less concerning.
