Tinnitus: Sounds like tinnitus. Could be many things- most of which won't be found by looking in your ears. Any medicines or drugs? What is your blood pressure? Any other symptoms? What are results of careful physical exam (especially carotid arteries and heart for murmur)? What did routine blood tests show?
