Gradually: Ensure hydration status is optimal. Progressively increasing aerobic exercise ensuring good hydration during and after workout. Blood pressure will increase during your workout due to the increase heart function and heart rate (makes cardiac output increase significantly). This should be helpful. If you are symptomatically low with your blood pressure, some would consider increasing salt intake.
