Congratulations: You have just detoxed your body. You may be in withdrawal and this should be discussed with a knowledgeable provider. Other "detoxes" are bs.

Stopping: Congratulations! this is best thing you could have done for your health. Your body will detox itself over time. You'll feel better. Nothing to do but rest when u're tired, eat healthy food (fruits and vegetables, ) get moderate exercise every day when u're up to it. The chronic effects of smoking will sort themselves out. Nicotine has been a stimulant. Don't be impatient. Breathing will improve.
