Most require nothing: It is unclear by your statement what you mean by both ventricles, ie multifocal? In any event, assuming they are a symptomatic and there is no other evidence of heart disease like cardiomyopathy or other conditions like hyperthyroidism, then treatment is not required. There are medical treatments such as calcium blockers, beta blockers and more potent antiarrhthmics if necessary.

Treating VPC's: There is no need to treat vpc's if there is no underlying heart disease such as coronary or structural diseases. If they become symtomatic then there are medications such as beta blockers for symtomatic relief. Having said that you should check with your doctor first.
