Can my blood show if i have digestion issues, infection in my colon or intestines, or a disease?

Depends on the : Disease. Blood may have antibodies diagnostic of a disease, e.g. Celiac disease, some inflammatory disorders have suggestive anitbodies, parasites increase eosinopils. You doctor needs to order specific tests for the disease under consideration.
