Can there be any reason why you should not combine losartan (for hypertension) and furosemide?

Good combination: The combination of losartan and Furosemide is good for lowering blood pressure. In addition, the losartan will counteract the effects of Furosemide to lower potassium and increase uric acid. Blood pressure will be lower by about 10 mmhg.
