Why not to get hiv tested?

Not many, but...: There aren't too many reasons why someone should not getting HIV tested, but if someone has never been sexually active, nor have ever had a blood transfusion, nor ever used injection drugs, then perhaps there is no need to do HIV testing. However, it may be worthwhile for everyone to know their HIV status before becoming entering any sexual relationship.
