Pull your chin back: Approximate your shoulders, sit straight, stand tall, and off you go! they also sell a brace that forces your shoulders back, to remind you to keep your chin back. It feels really awkward at first to pull your chin back, but no other way. Chiropractic care helps release fixated joints so that the movements aren't by a select few and the others have to over compensate and eventually hurt.
