Check with the pedia: pediatrician but I'm certain that the final size and shape of the skull is not final at this age. I believe these type of situations are not rare and almost always resolve in about 1-2 years.

Flat head: During the first year of life your childS head is highly flexible. His right side became flat because he was lying on while sleeping on it. You can increase his tummy time and gently turn his head while he is sleeping if he still favors the right side. Hopefully, by a year you dhould see improvement

Bean pillow: You can use bean pillows( in baby stores) which help in re shaping the head by distributing the pressure evenly across his head. Typically by 1 to 1.5 yrs it tends to get better.
