A member asked:

How can i set aside time to floss, brush, rinse, and chew sugar free gum?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Stephen Gordon answered

Why?: Why only 2minutes total per day? Brushing alone should take 2 minutes. To accurately floss takes time and effort. Good oral hygiene is not a race?
