Fish for Kids: Yes, fish is healthy for kids. Limit to 2-3 times per week because of mercury, & limit tuna to twice a month. Avoid shark, king mackerel, tilefish, and swordfish. If your child refuses fish, try surimi/fake crab made from whitefish.
