My 2 year old daughter's hair smells of fish occasionally. we cannot pinpoint what the cause is, any ideas what could cause this?

Best to have : Your child examined by your pediatrician. There is a medical condition- fish odor syndrome.The body is unable to break down a compound, trimethylaminuria in the diet giving a strong odor of rotting fish from sweat, urine & breath. Or it could just be nothing.She could have touched something fishy and touched herself or if she is taking fish oil that could do it. Get her checked out.
