Depends: A low fat diet, no smoking, achieving normal weight, and general vitamin supplementation is recommended. Magnesium, zinc and probiotic supplements can help. Stress management through walks after a meal (avoids pressure on the stomach contents from sitting). Sleeping on your left side, and waiting 3 hours to sleep after meal or alcohol is recommended for night reflux.
