Combination : By body weight exercises, i'm assuming you mean exercises for losing body weight. To accomplish strength and weight loss, you need to do exercises which combine a cardio component with strength exercises. Programs such as cross fit are geared towards this, with exercises such as burpees, mountain climbers, etc - which will get your heart rate going but also build muscles.
