Avoid food triggers: Change eating habits and avoid food triggers 1 after eating wait 2t0 3 hours before going to bed or lying down 2 avoid mint, cocolate, alcohol, smoking and chewing tobaco, onions and caffeine 3 avoid spicy foods, tomatoes, oranges, 4 avoid large fatty meals and eat small frequent meals, dont over eat 5loose some weight if you are over weight and avoid wearing tight clothings.
