Would it matter if two people w/aids had unprotected sex with each other?

Yes: The HIV virus mutates or changes itself frequently, especially if patients don't take all of their medicines as directed. Unprotected sex between two people with HIV (or aids) could transmit viral resistance, making each person harder to treat in the future. (the viruses may each become more resistant to more medications).
