If you have aids of hiv and have hade sex with same person unprotected for two years wouldnt they get it?

Yes and No: You definitely increase the risk of acquiring HIV or aids, but increasing the risk does not mean 100% becoming infected. As an example, you can increase your chances of winning the lotto the more you play, but just because you play more you won't necessarily win.

Very High Risk Behav: If one has aids and is engaging in unprotected sexually activity, then that persons partner would be at extremely high risk for becoming infected with HIV and potentially developing aids.
