See sports med: I recommend going to sports medicine office. There is an 8 week course with injections of Hyaluronate and physical exercise. It works great for osteoarthritis.

??: Kind of nonspecific but you might try some Ibuprofen or hot and cold packs or an otc knee brace but a visit with your doctor would be best if you want better answers hope you feel better.
