No food restrictions: If you have a stomach ulcer its important to know if you have an infection with h. Pylori. This can be determined with a breath test, stool test or endoscopy with biopsy. If positive for infection treatment is advised. A potent acid inhibitor e.g. Prilosec or one of its brethren is necessary to help heal the ulcer. Also, if the ulcer was drug induced then stop taking the offending drug.
