Can whatever the carcinogen in skim milk still in organic skim milk?

Controversial.: Organic milk will not have added bovine hormones, or antibiotics but otherwise is the same. It's still milk after all. Whether milk has a carcinogen is controversial. There some claims about processing causing problems with low fat or skim milk, and claims about hormones in milk being carcinogenic, but these things are not generally accepted at this point.
