Many: Diabetes is a common one. Chemotherapy can cause numb toes. Vitamin deficiencies, nerve compressions. Really one would need to be evaluated by a doctor.

DIABETES AND OTHERS: Numbness to the toes can be caused by many things including diabetes, vit deefeciancy, alcohol, nerve impingement and certain meds.
