What causes numbness to the inside of both great toes? i have noticed both of my great toes on the inside near the second digit are numb.

Numbness: Please seek a medical consult. Can indicate anything from an entrapped nerve in the feet. But more likely indicates a lower back issue since the numbness is in both big toes.
