Try these steps: A little alcohol, like beer can help. Go to health food store and get fenugreek supplements. Fennel seeds also help. Safe drugs include Reglan (metoclopramide) which you can get in us. There is another safe drug called domeperidone which you can get from canada as long as you have a prescription written by your doctor.

Breastfeeding: Often women have difficulty with milk production, especially if it is the first child. Several causes may explain this. One, are you getting enough fluid. If you are dehydrated you cannot make milk. Are you exclusively breastfeeding? If you do not feed or pump every 2-4 hours, milk produciton can slow. You may try Reglan (metoclopramide) to help with milk production.
