98.6 is an average: The "normal" body temperature is just an average and not the rule. In reality there is a range where people fall. In fact, one persons temperature is different throughout the day an may vary by several degrees. There is nothing wrong with it. We only get concerned with temperatures that are too low or too high. Another example is the average male is 6 ft tall...We all know that's not the rule.
