Loser posture: Slouching makes you look like a loser. People have more respect for those with decent posture. Poor posture leads to poor musculoskeletal alignment and overall poor tone. Slouching can cause headaches, muscle fatigue, jaw pain and balance problems. In general people who slouch are perceived as lazy and careless. This is a question: for a chiropractor--a type of doc I haven't seen on this forum. Slouching, sooner or later may have bad effects on organs, athleticism, self-esteem and ??? If you can, learn about good posture, starting with something simple like a You Tube video. Your MD will have good suggestions.
