Technically yes: Obviously, the more you dip, the greater the chances. But there is a very slim chance, nonethless. Monitor the soft tissues for any changes.

Probably not: Theoretically it is possible, but probably not. Oral cancer usually comes from the repeated irritation of the chemicals in the substance.
